How do I get my ID card?

When you enroll in a Pivot Health plan you receive an email that same day with instructions on how to set up your online account, either through your online member portal or Pivot Health’s mobile app. Once you are in your account you will find your ID card along with other important documents to keep on file, including the certificate of insurance, schedule of benefits and a copy of your application.
