    Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your coverage you may send a written request to cancel your coverage within 10 days of purchasing and receive a refund of premium and fees. Just email the billing administrator at clientservices@insurancebenefitadministrators.com.

  • Does short-term insurance qualify as a major medical insurance plan and include “essential benefits” that are required on Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans?

    No, short-term medical insurance is a temporary health insurance product and is not comprehensive, major medical health insurance.

  • I canceled my health insurance plan but I still got billed for my dental insurance?

    The cancellation of any other health insurance plan is not cancellation of your dental plan. If you wish to cancel your dental insurance plan email ClientServices@insurancebenefitadministrators.com or call 844-630-7500 option 2.
