Are there network restrictions?

Yes and no – it depends on the type of plan you select. If you purchase an “all-access” plan with no doctor restrictions, you can see any provider or medical facility you would like (Economy, Choice, Standard and Deluxe plans). However, some Pivot Health plans have a a recommended “in-network” PPO that helps reduce the cost of your medical treatment (Core plans). Traditional PPO plans are also available with a large nationwide network (Quantum and Epic plans).
