I bought consecutive STM policies. Do I get a new ID card when my current policy expires?

Yes. About 15 days before your first policy expires you will get notice that your second policy is coming up, and you will need to download a new ID card. The new ID card will have a different member ID number than your first policy. It’s important to download your new ID card right away so you have it in case of an emergency.
