I cannot login to Portal/Account

If you are having difficulty logging in to your Pivot Health account, select “Forgot Password” and enter the email address used during enrollment. You will receive an email with a new temporary password. Enter your email address when prompted and the temporary password. You will immediately be asked to create a new password. Once complete, you should be able to login to your account. If you still encounter problems, email memberservices@healthcare.com
