You will receive an email from Insurance Benefit Administrators (IBA), whom Pivot Health partners with for the administration of its plans, regarding your upcoming natural termination date 15 days prior to the termination. Your online member portal will also list the dates of your coverage. If you suspect your policy may end soon, check the member portal and also your Junk/Spam email folder.
